As a Certified General Contractor as well as Licensed Mold Remediator, it is important to Ken and Anne-Marie that First Response is able to guarantee your satisfaction during any restoration or remediation project.

Tahna Cubbedge
Tahna originally started with Ken and Anne-Marie as their office manager at American Express working there for over 10 years. After taking time to raise her children, Tahna has returned to work with Ken and Anne-Marie and has now been with First Response for almost 6 years. Her organizational skills and ability to multi-task are instrumental in keeping jobs flowing smoothly and getting our homeowner’s and business owner’s lives back to normal as quickly as possible. Our busy, fast-paced restoration company has many moving parts, and we are continually impressed with how Tahna keeps everyone and everything moving in the right direction.

Wade Bernosky is the General Manager of the First Response Disaster Team, a leading provider of water, mold, and fire restoration services. With a strong background in emergency response operations, Wade brings strategic leadership, operational oversight, and a deep commitment to client care. He ensures that every project—from initial assessment to full restoration—is handled with precision, efficiency, and professionalism. Wade’s passion for helping others and his team-oriented mindset, shaped by years of involvement in competitive sports, drive his leadership approach.
