“When we awoke early in the morning to find 1-2 inches of water on the floor of our condo we didn’t know who to call. I went on the internet and found First Response’s website. It was easy to read and they guaranteed a 30 minute response. I called and spoke to Ken Poulin and told him what the problem was and he said he would be right there.
Ken and his team were there in 21 minutes and immediately started to raise furniture up away from the water and remove the water. They then set up dryers and dehumidifiers to ensure that everything dried out to prevent mold from forming.
I was impressed with their professionally and that they aren’t a 9 to 5 company. They stayed until everything was dry. The sub contractors they brought in did a great job and the repairs were done in quick fashion.
